Waitlist
There needs to be a visible symbol of some kind for clients on the waitlist but notes that they already have an appt booked.
This will help speed up the booking process when filtering through the waitlist to book clients.
Furthermore, if they have just received the service(s) they are on the waitlist for, they should be removed or there should be a suggestion to remove. It makes no sense to keep them on the waitlist for a services days after they just received the requested.
The former is more priority than the latter.
It wastes a LOT of time having to check the schedule, go to list, check the client (and their history) to see if they've already been in etc.
