    The business would like the staff members to be alerted when an appointment is up and coming. For example, 2 hours before they are scheduled to arrive for the service, they would like staff to receive a SMS alert.

    When using the staff performance report and filtering to show just new clients or just returning clients, the gross sales shows the total for both even though the filter only has one or the other selected. They want to be able to view to gross sales separately.

    The business would like the ability to have some of the settings under Business Settings to be assessable without giving all access. They would like to be able to pick and choose what each staff member can or can not do.

    The business would like the ability to run multiple reports and be able to merge them together within the dashbaord since all of the report data can not be ran in one report.

    The business would like the ability to merge appointments to be less manual. Currently you have to enter the services manually and then cancel the extra appointment. The business feels this leaves room for error and said they should be able to just click merge and it puts the two appointments together.

    The business wants to be able to disable the "Heart Icon" from being added to appointments when clients request a provider. They don't want that to be seen even when a client has requested the provider.
