    Clients need the ability to indicate more precise availability when joining the waitlist. “Morning,” “afternoon,” and “evening” are too broad to reliably match them with openings, which limits the effectiveness of the feature in actually filling cancellations.

  3. Differential pricing of service. Same service to cost more on weekends than weekdays, etc. Also peak times, peak holiday periods.
