First no-show 50% fee calculated on scheduled services, all subsequent no shows a 100% of scheduled services as fee.
But there is only an option to have a single no-show fee that can be applied properly on receipts. The ability to customize the amount but still have it itemized would be stellar.
Additionally, if there was a way to automate this so that the correct fees were assessed that would be phenomenal.

This would be a redundant way to view new messages received except it would create natural efficiency as staff would notice new messages received from clients on the days being viewed without requiring perusing the messages tab which often can get inundated or messy. Perhaps using a CSS animation to make that appt card jiggle/wiggle/float/bounce etc to get attention when a message is received and not read would further increase efficiency with viewing and response time.
