Currently employees can see what the total service sales are for a given period of time, but it reflects the business as a whole and not what the employee is personally expecting on their paychecks. I believe that adding the following breakdown will help employees stay on top of their performance & budgeting:
Services (total services brought in for the business)
Service Commission (the employees commission of above services)
Gratuity
Products (total products sold by employee)
Product Commission (the employees commission for products sold)
Total Sales (services + gratuity + products)
Total Take Home (service commissions + gratuity + product commissions)
I personally love that the app shows the other features (prebooked, total appts, total clients, and schedule utilization) so keep those under performance!!
