Staff needs to receive a notification text/email when a client reschedules. When a client calls to reschedule, the staff doesn't get notified.

It would be great if you could look up client with phone number. When someone calls and leaves a voicemail they don't always leave their name but they do leave their phone number

Our staff works as appointment only. When a client reschedules they are not notified through Blvd. The person working the desk has to send a text to let them know. Sometimes we are so busy we forget and the staff member will come in for the appointment and it's been rescheduled.
