I agree with Jeremy that a single location option to consolidate could be very useful. I am figuring out where to do what, but it is still weird to have different aspects of "products", "Staff/employees", "services" etc... on two different settings screens.
I am not sure how many customers are single location versus multiple, but it does add a layer of complexity, friction, and potentially frustration for a single location business.

It would be very helpful to have a method of setting up schedules for non-provider staff members. Right now we end up with a notebook with their schedule in it, but something they can see from their phone within Boulevard would be super handy!

Business logic/math behind some of the forms would be awesome.
Example: Are you currently pregnant?
Yes = expand section with more questions about pregnancy and require completion of those questions
No = continues to next question -

It is very frustrating that numbers aren't numbers and the dates are combined to include the time so Excel won't see it as a date. I find many reports to be very frustrating to manage once they are in Excel (but still light years beyond trying to filter and sort them in the report viewer)
