This happens a lot with gift cards or product sales. For some reason the name doesn't take in the checkout window and then it is forever orphaned.

If nothing else there should be more/more obvious warnings about overbooking resources, booking something that a provider doesn't do, overlapping appointments, etc..

The client search from the magnifying glass or on the client tab is amazing. I can search "Meggan" and it will show me all results close to that, including the one I needed which was spelled "Maggan"
When I search orders or gift cards by client name, it needs to be spelled exactly correct to be found. This fuzzy search would be really handy in more places so I don't need to search in the client tab, then go search gift cards to find the proper record I need.

We have several clients who don't pay tax (non-profit charities, medial need for massages, etc...) It is painful to work around removing tax from products and services for them. It would be wonderful to have a permission level to allow us to remove tax either from a client in general, or for specific items at checkout.

Almost any improvement in Payroll reporting would be welcome. I, too, have an entire spreadsheet put together to combine the disparate data from Boulevard.

Highlighting which fields are the same and which are different would also be super helpful.

It isn't ideal, but we just made all of our default times the longer time and then create an accommodation for the guest to the shorter time after their first appointment.
