I know it adds lots of complexity, but a basic IMAP email client integrated into the platform would be super amazing to consolidate messaging for our front desk.

We are hoping to eventually go to electronic forms. But for now it is all paper. The Boulevard forms are nice, but they are horrible to get a decent printed copy! Formatting for printing forms would be very welcome!

Options for bulk management of products and services would be very welcome. Something like the Shopify csv upload process where you can upload changes.
it is much faster to do bulk actions in something like Excel or Google sheets, so then Boulevard doesn't have to build new software for that, just a method to handle our uploads.
I would even be good with something that takes place overnight (upload by 10:00 pacific and it will be processed by 6 am) so then it isn't trying to write to the database while lots of other changes are happening.

Our old software had many pop ups and we would frequently miss them because there were so many. Boulevard has zero and we miss problems because there are no warnings. It would be helpful to have some customization to allow pop ups for certain errors. Choosing which alerts you would like can then be set at the company or location level.
Personally I would like to have pop ups for scheduling with a person that doesn't normally perform a service, scheduling outside of an available time, and scheduling a resource that is already in use or unavailable

We have so many people that book for children, spouses, friends, etc... and it is always a pain to reschedule the whole appointment rather than just change the name on the existing appointment.

A trick I learned from someone at Boulevard: If the report times out and says it won't display, you can click the three dot menu beside the date picker, and choose download, and it will run and download the report for you. I am not sure why that isn't publicized, but it was a definite life saver for me with the Beta reports.

I would not be against something like this. Or even an integration with a SIP provider. I would love to get my phone set up to integrate with the Boulevard app and work for texting as well. I am open to almost any reliable SIP trunk provider.

We use Skype for this. It is free, easy, works on all devices, and you can go back and see what happened in the conversation before you came on the shift.
