We require new forms if they haven't been in for more than a year. Some kind of trigger for this would be awesome. Even just re-assigning the form if the existing one has been archived would be useful.

A follow up for this: if you use a gift card to pay for a service and it matches the total for the service it closes out the transaction. Sometimes this is desired, sometimes they want to tip on a credit card. I am not sure how to completely work around this, but some form of choice to close the transaction after the gift card or to tip on a credit card after clicking the "charge" button would be nice.
It can be a little uncomfortable to ask them what they want for a tip so we can manually add it, then the Duo prompts them for the tip which they can get confused by. All around slightly clunky.

A link to a secure portal for clients to enter their credit card would be a great way to capture payment methods when people schedule via phone or text message.

Almost any improvement in Payroll reporting would be welcome. I, too, have an entire spreadsheet put together to combine the disparate data from Boulevard.
