The voucher reporting as income is super confusing for all accounting. I am still trying to wrap my head around how to make sure it is properly recorded.

As a work around we have a fake service provider that we use to block resources. We just book a miscellaneous service with the fake provider and assign the resource we want blocked. It is stupid and ugly and clutters up the schedule, but it works.

I believe you can put a schedule in for every week, every other week, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks.
We do this all the time for people that alternate schedules (Tuesday through Friday then Wednesday through Saturday)

I get so frustrated when I do something like an add-on and then have to rearrange the entire rest of the appointment because Boulevard automatically changed all the times for the following services!!
