    WHEN I BOOK A CLIENT WITH A STYLIST IT AUTOMATICALLY MARKS AS REQUESTED SO ALL APPOINTMENTS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE REQUESTED. IT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY NOT BOOK AS REQUESTED AND ALLOW US TO MARK AS REQUESTED IF IN FACT IT IS A REQUESTED. THANK YOU. (I'M NOT YELLING KEYBOARD IS TRIPPEN ;)

    MY CLIENT NO SHOWED AND I NEED TO CHARGE HER BUT HER CARD ON FILE DECLINED I NEED TO APPLY THE AMOUNT DUE TO HER ACCOUNT SO IT SHOWS UP (IN RED) AS AN ALERT WHEN SHE CALLS TO BOOK OR COMES IN FOR AN APPT. HELP PLEASE!!!!
