    Not all of our float consultants enroll new clients in our rewards program. The fact that we even have to press a button to enroll them is counterproductive to offering such a program, as clients believe they're accruing points when they really aren't, and then they get mad with us when they aren't getting what they are due. An auto-enrollment for every client should be implemented ASAP to avoid any further issues with this system.
