We are tired of using MailChimp for our email campaigns. The beta marketing tools are better than nothing but they are way too limited and not particularly useful. Not being able to select who we want to send a birthday discount to is irritating.

Mailchimp allows you to drop in text and images. The Blvd templates are worthless for us. We want to target clients for certain actions and inactions, such as a client hasn't been in for a while then they get sent an offer. Birthdays - we can't send someone a birthday discount if they have something booked. We want more control on who gets it, recovering lost clients, emails that are automated, include and exclude certain segments, have many different toggles to select which groups are in or out.

Ability to have expired vouchers just "fall off" rather than us having to manually void them. This was a feature that Booker had. For example, a client has a 12 month unlimited membership, they use 5 in 1 month, next month they use 2, we have to manually go in and void out all those sweat vouchers and if its not caught we can have hundreds of sweats that need to be voided manually. In Booker, the expired vouchers just fall off. However, we want both options because we sometimes extend the vouchers and adjust the date if we want to.
