An error occurred while saving the comment Beret Loncar commentedPeople will not vote for this as they do not realize how much business they are losing when someone navigates away without calling. You should always be encouraging people to call if the site shows as fully booked. I want that customer for later.
Many places do not take same day bookings but we are larger and so rely on them. My therapists need 90 min travel time though and so I have to leave the booking open and manually block them off all day long. If it says fully booked, and my therapist only has 1 booking for the day, it never books as the lead time is covering their schedule.Beret Loncar supported this idea ·Beret Loncar shared this idea · -

The waitlist is not super useful as it is. 1. it really is only used by regular clients who know someone is working. 2. We have to reach out to them when an opeing opens. 3. They add themselves to days and holidays no one is working. 4. it is only useful for those who have come in....any new client will just move to the next spa/location. For those clients, we need a feature that encourages them to call. Ie if we are booked today or the apt is in a lead time call.
