Staff Roles (Hair Stylist - Alison's Team / Hair Stylist - Keiffer's Team) - each team is assigned goals/metrics and about 15 employees are under each team leader. They want to pull a report (Staff Performance by Location) and see performance metrics listed out for every employee that reports to their team leader on a location level. Lorean created two staff roles to test this out in dashboard (Bowery location): Hair Stylist- Alison's Team and Hair Stylist - Keiffer's Team. For example: Staff Member A, B, C, D are listed under "Hair Stylist - Keiffer" and drill down their performance metrics.

"we utilize the following details in specific analysis of yearly growth and development patterns for each one of our team members. This report allows us to give each employee a comprehensive analysis of their productivity throughout the year and gives us a detailed view of their business flow month by month. The view for this report should be available month by month along with a subsequent yearly view for each individual technician, with capacity to set a date range and data to be seen in granularity."
