  1. Medical Director Forms Sign Off

    The current workflow for Medical Director chart review and sign-off in Boulevard is difficult to navigate and can be time-consuming. At the moment, there is no clear way to:
        •    Easily see which client charts still need to be completed by staff
        •    Identify which charts are pending Medical Director review and signature
        •    Track which charts have already been signed off

    Additionally, there is no automatic notification sent to the Medical Director when charts are ready for review and signature, which can lead to delays and confusion.

    Suggested improvements:
        1.    Automatic Notifications: Send an automatic alert directly to the Medical Director when charts…

  2. medical directors batch signing

    in most medical emr systems medical directors have a option to do a batch signing where they can sign 15 compleated charts at one time this would help with flow

I wanted to make sure you saw that we recently released several improvements to the sign-off workflow including bulk signing, and a fast new review queue where Medical directors can quickly move through charts for review.   3. forms that need review

    Is there a way to have a list of all charts that need review or forms rather than checking day by day...this gets tedious and does not tell me if there is a form i missed for review as the medical director. 215-266-2903 is my direct line for questions or concerns
