Remove phone numbers from messages view for non- admin/front desk team members.
We do not allow our staff, except for our front desk team, access to phone number and email addresses for our clients, but with the update for messages, the phone number shows on the left side under their name. Can you please make seeing any contact information to be toggled off for privilege groups as it was previously?

Delete forms
Sometimes we accidentally add forms to a clients appointment. It would be helpful to being able to delete the forms completely from the appointment. Thank you.

Add a form to an appointment by accident? No longer need a form that was auto-added? You can now remove any form with the "not started" status from appointments. Simply click the 3-dot menu to the right of the form name, and hit "delete."

1 voteHey Ashley, great news! This is something we can already support with our existing Referral Source functionality. Each client has a Referral Source field in the client profile. You can connect your forms to update that field and also run reports on those referral sources.

Client Profile: Forms and Charts Status - Color
Color code "Status" under Forms and Charts tab in Client Profile, similar to status and color of Forms in Edit Appointment screen and/or Appointment status and color in Schedule under Calendar view.

It would be so helpful if you could create a client referral campaign so it would be automated based on a new client's first visit.

From that campaign existing clients can share custom referral links with their friends. As of today, all Boulevard businesses can manually send forms to clients, on demand. Whether you're adding a new form to an appointment on the fly or simply reminding clients of their outstanding forms, you can send a new form reminder from the edit appointment screen on both your dashboard and the Professional app. This will send a new message to the top of the client's inbox with a link to all forms assigned for easy completion. Check out the changelog announcement for more details.

Send One Time Email Blasts Same Day
Currently, when scheduling email blasts the soonest it can be sent is next day. There are situations where you want to reach all clients immediately and next day is not soon enough.

Download button for pictures in chart notes
It would be great to have a download button for pictures that are in the chart notes. The download button is important to have on both mobile and desktop. It's necessary incase the pictures that staff upload need to be used for disputes, social media, etc. Currently the pictures can only be downloading from desktop if you right click and save the image.

That means you're now able to download the original image or the marked-up image from charts, as well as photo comparisons from gallery! Download is available in the Dashboard and in the Professional App. (Make sure you're on the latest version of the Professional App to enjoy this new functionality!)

Text Reminder for incomplete forms
We can select specific appointments or all for clients who have incomplete forms. It will help with timing, as many clients run late or come exactly at their appointment time or do not read their emails. Especially if we are closed and our 10 am client affects the whole day. We like the forms complete also for our therapist to print or review their new client's information.
Example of what we send out...

Ability for clients to Reschedule their appointments
Clients are forced to cancel an appointment without being able to reschedule. This has become an issue, especially with covid, when people are having to call into move their appointments - spending way too long answering phone calls since getting BLVD. Clients don't want to have to pay another deposit when they already have - having a reschedule button they can manage would eliminate this new task I've recently been given.

Cut off online booking for people booking appointments for the morning of/the following day of their booking
Often times our staff will see that the first client doesn't come in until later in the day. With online booking a client can book an early appointment last second, which can make the staff late/unprepared. Our old software system made it so if you were booking for an appointment within 24 hours of that time, you had to call rather than do it online so we have notice. I think online booking is great but if its too short notice it causes a lot of problems. Please consider making a feature that disables online booking for services within 24…

Offers at Appointment Booking for $0
Would love if offers could still be applied to the appointment at booking online if the appointment total is $0. Our most popular treatments are product usage based so will show as $0 on the booking page. Currently if the total is $0 at booking, patients are not given the opportunity to enter an offer. This not only becomes really tedious in our clinics adding these codes manually but also skews reporting for our marketing team.

Before and After photos in charts
Add another option for the charts where photos can be taken and uploaded to the charts for before and after pictures for each appointment.
