  1. Series and packages should be under services and not products. Clients should be able to purchase online and be able to book services in a package one service after another with different therapists.

  2. First available when booking selects the therapist by alphabetical order/if the client has seen them previously. However, this unfairly books and prefs therapists that have letters that are closer to the beginning of the alphabet. This prevents other therapists who have open availability from getting booked. If there was a way to select first available and have BLVD book evenly across the therapists that are avaiable would be more equal.

    Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback! Rather than booking alphabetically, the First Available option takes several factors into account, which can be customized by our support team.

    To book First Available appointments evenly across service providers, our support team can (for example) enable a setting to select the service provider with the most availability that day.

  4. We have several add-ons that do not add time to a service. The add-on blocks being added at the end of each session is very odd visually for our front desk team and for the massage therapists - it's easy to miss for the service provider when back to back (looks like it's for the following client) and at a glance looks intuitively like it's blocking the schedule time (even though it's not). For us it works much better to have the block run parallel/overlapping with the service at the top.

  5. I take photos on iphone, and have them shared automatically to ipad. I can chart on ipad but cannot markup photos with our ipad pen. I have to go back to the computer to do so and use the mouse which is very tedious. Seems like a simple fix.

  7. We give commission to our injectors PRE any Alle/ Aspire discounts that are applied at checkout. I need to be able to see what discounts are applied and in what specific amounts in order to properly do payroll! Currently it is putting ALL discounts applied and not categorizing individually.

  8. We are constantly adding services to client's treatments. It would be very helpful to be able to add them right in at the check out screen instead of having to edit the whole appointment. Besides the extra steps, it also messes with the way the schedule looks for the rest of the day! :)

  9. When we onboard a new staff, we have to manually add their services and prices. It would be much more efficient to be able to copy from another staff, then make adjustments.

  10. Uploading photos is a great feature for the forms and charts. I was just playing with this, and I realized that there is no option to zoom into the photos which can make viewing details harder when looking on a small phone screen. Viewing on a computer monitor is easier, but zooming would still be helpful there.

  11. Offer codes should be valid even if there is no cost to the initial appt. Offer codes are a vital way to track where your customers are coming from as well. Some of us do not charge a consult fee, so if a new customers sees an offer on instagram and clicks to book an appt and wants to redeem that offer, but the book a consult to talk about it first, we have no way of tracking that the specific offer is what brought them in. I understand the benefit use case for a first available client to see who they're with and have the option to switch, but it would be VERY helpful to be able to turn this option off as a business and keep "first available" name blind. We have clients every day who believe they are locked in to their provider because they've seen the name, but on our end we see it as first available and assume flexibility. This especially comes up for massage clients who have a gender preference - assuming they're with a female. First available is essentially meaningless…

  14. Customer is wanting to see how many times a referred client comes in, and how many times a customer has referred clients that have visited. This is not available in the current Referral Beta report. We need a report that combines “client referral” report + “appointment report”

  17. Prior to the creation of the new packages page, all our different types of packages were categorized and it was easy to find and filter them. Now, all our packages are lumped together and there is no way to find them in the giant list of packages. This is particularly problematic during the holidays after creating holiday special packages which are now lumped in with our regular packages and extremely difficult to find. Lastly, there is no way to link specific categories of packages to an external site, you can only link the entire packages menu. This makes it difficult…

  18. Our team has been really loving the auto-populate feature for birthdays and medications!

    I was wondering if we can have the same feature as an option for text boxes in our charts & forms. For example, if, if a text box has your client's allergies, that field can autopopulate with each new chart or form and edited in case new information needs to be added.

    This would be a BIG game changer for our team and really make a positive impact.

    Great news,you can already go to a patient's gallery to view any photo associated with them. it pulls out photos from individual charts, a client note, or an intake form photo upload.
