Forms Missing Information - Page Jump & Alerts
When guests are missing required fields of their forms, they have to carefully scroll upwards to find where they missed a field instead of the page jumping to the section they are missing. There is also no bolded or large text to easily find the missing field.

Remove staff name from booking confirmation emails
Many times the clients for this business are running late so providers will be swapped for whoever is available. Same for when a staff is still with a client and has a client waiting, they will just swap to staff who will be available. Want to cause less confusion with clients when they see the name of the staff and it is not them performing the service anymore.

Checkout and redeem vouchers (improve flow)
controls/prompts to make sure that if a client has a membership to redeem that is chosen as the tender type instead of accidentally charging the customer's credit card directly.

Staff commission on packages/memberships
When vouchers are redeemed, it discounts the service price to $0. Then, the service provider who completes this service does not receive any commission off of the service.

Ability to create recurring appointments for clients
We have clients who schedule the same service and we want to be able to prebook them for all their future appointments at once instead of once at every checkout or having to create multiple single appointments.

Date range filter for Sales: Orders & Payments
In the Sales tab, we would like the open to filter by date in the Orders and Payments pages.

Appointments booked same day do not automatically refresh and appear in app
Sometimes We have staff members miss appointments booked same day because they don't hit the refresh in the staff app. Our old system would auto/push/update.

Last week we released our new image markup feature, which allows service providers to mark up diagrams or add photos for markup directly in Boulevard (either on desktop, or via the Professional App). This feature is available for all customers that have Boulevard Forms and Charts! Please check out the support article for more information on how to setup this feature, and enjoy!

Forms Submission Button
When guests fill out the form, the Submit button is in the top right corner, when it should be bottom right to Save and Submit.

Label for MST AZ time in confirmation emails
As an Arizona business in part of the state that doesn't switch at daylight savings time we're in MST part of the year and PST the rest. Currently, confirmation emails show MST when they need to say MST AZ to prevent the current confusion client might have not knowing if the time in the email is correct or an hour off.
1 votethere’s an internal setting (CSR only) that hides time zones in emails and SMSs, we’ve used this with a number of locations in Arizona due to the time zone weirdness

Discount Membership
Ability to run a membership that gives % discount for different services. Local Membership gives 20% off float and 30% off sauna services.

Ability to quick edit Account Credits
This used to be a feature, but was removed probably for reporting. We would like to be able to add/subtract from account credits without having to do a checkout which creates a whole mess. Would be nice to quickly reward clients for referrals or take credit if they have a service done/buy a product at an offsite event
