Deactivate versus delete forms
It would be extremely helpful if we could deactivate forms, instead of "deleting" them, as partners accidentally delete them often.
3 votesYou can deactivate any form template at the business level by selecting "disable and unpublish" from your Gear icon > forms and charts settings.
To remove a form that has been completed, you can "archive" from either the client profile or appointment details view.

Retention Reporting
We would like a report that essentially says "of all the clients the barber sees, X% of them come back to them or the shop." A tech world corollary would essentially be customer churn rate. Screenshot of an example from Booker below (the entire screen lists all barbers, only 1 shown here) and raw data is attached. I'm also 99% sure I brought this up during initial sales calls and was told it could be done on Boulevard, both for new clients and existing.

Booking alert when service providers/resources are double booked or unavailable
Our staff member has double booked on their schedule accidentally and we are wondering if there is a way to receive a pop-up alert notifying our staff that they already have an existing booking on their calendar for the requested time.
Would help to prevent anyone from double booking on their own calendar!

Block specific clients from booking online
Functionality to block specific clients from making new appointments themselves through the online booking widget would be helpful, especially for multiple no show clients.

Assignable to staff to Add-Ons
It would be helpful to be able to assign staff members to add-ons in services, just like a main service. Not all staff members can perform all add-ons for specific services.

Client Before and After Pictures
I would be great to take and later see progress pictures. Even a profile picture of the client so we know what they look like. We are a facial salon so it would be great to see and show the clients progress without having to open a file in clients notes. You can only currently see them as an attachment.
13 votesHey there! Wanted to make sure you saw that about two months ago, Boulevard released a comparison feature for our photo gallery. Gallery centralizes all of a client's photos from notes, forms, and charts into one location, organized by date. Now that we added comparison, it's possible to select any two photos (like a before and after image after a course of treatment) and create a comparison that can be downloaded to give to the client or shared to social media (with permission of course!) Change the Card Linked to the Subscription
When an auto-charge fails, send the client an email about the payment failure. This email has a link that the customer can use to change the card linked to the subscription - include forms to sign to stay compliant.
Available for both manual and automatic... can be done at reception as well

Membership History
It would be ideal if we were able to see when memberships were paused and unpaused and who did it. It would also be great if we could see declined membership charges. All of these should be just under the profile of the member

Banning Customers from Booking
For clients who have been banned from our business for various reasons, the ability to have them not be able to book either by recognizing their email address or IP address.

Updated Hardware ie. Chip Card Reader
The recommended hardware (card swiper) does not have the chip reader which is what I understand is the latest and safest in credit card technology.
I want to make sure there aren't any gaps in our process that would leave us vulnerable to any potential loss.

Edit Tip in Closed Order
I need to correct a tip amount on an order but the system no longer allows us to reopen orders. I know this will become a huge problem in the future if we cannot correct orders. This affects our stylist tips heavily

Service scheduling order can now be customized through Manage Business > Services, and it's possible to require a specific order for some services, while leaving other services as "Flexible". Clients can see more variation in appointment slots
There should be more variation when appointments are shown- not just one/hr. Perhaps clients can request a time and see all appointments available within that hour or so

Voucher Redemption - Should NOT Zero out all items on ticket
Currently, if you redeem a voucher, it zeros out any added services, add ons and tips. We need to ability to have the system only zero out the service that is being redeemed. All other items should stay the true price.
