Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages. I'm missing the first communication (and some testimonials) from new clients!

  6. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists.   9. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  13. It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

  15. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple

  16. To train staff using a mode of Blvd that does not communicate with clients, service providers, and can do fake checkouts/returns.

    It would be super useful if there was a way to open a training mode that allowed usage of the databases but was firewalled from sending emails, SMS, push notifications to all and allowed fake checkouts, returns, voucher creation and redemption. I find that as much as I try to train my staff, there often are situations that come up that can only be done as a walkthrough for learning. The workaround now is creating a fake service provider,…

  17. I am unable to see the UPC, price, or size when updating quantities in inventory. I have many products that come in multiple sizes. It is very hard to add inventory when I can't see the UPC, the size, or the price. I am unsure how to update my inventory without this information in the update inventory screen. (See screenshot) I have a new bottle of Shampoo 1, but I don't know which row to update.

  20. Need to be able to add days closed. under manage business. CLOSED DAYS category - select the day off the calendar.
