This is crucial for my business. How is this not a feature yet?

Ability to set expiration date on forms so that clients are prompted to update annually

Allowing forms to be resent annually for updated compliance (especially medical history) instead of every visit or just their first visit. Or, allowing clients to review their medical history annually to make sure all information is up to date.

Allow the option for forms to expire, and trigger new forms to be filled out when expired. Medical facilities have to ensure they have updated client information and agreements on file. This request would make management of expired items much easier to manage.

We need automated yearly health forms for facial clients. Right now, the option is every facial which is overkill or one time only.

A client health history or consent form having the ability to set an expiration date from 1st signature. We have to have an updated health history from clients every year not every appointment and we would like it to auto assign instead of having to manually doing it.

We would like an expiration date or a "yearly option" for forms that need to be filled out and/or reviewed annually and not just at the first appointment or at every appointment.

Right now you currently have 2 choices for paperwork to populate: “once per client” or “every visit”.

Certain forms, this works for and others it doesn’t. For instance, Cancellation Policies. Every visit is excessive, but only once in their entire history of being with our business is not enough. Annual re-signs would help us make sure clients are staying up to date with this policy and/or any changes that may have been added.

Forms that need filled out yearly (like a health history form). Currently it is once or every appointment.

It would be great to be able to set an expiration date on Forms. For example, we complete a new GFE/Medical Eval every 12 months. We are currently tracking via making a note in the booking alerts, but it would be MUCH easier if we could set an expiration so that it automatically populates again when they're due.

HIPAA forms need to be signed annually to remain compliant. Is it possible to add the ability to set up a form to send to a client annually to ensure we remain compliant?

Requiring digital sign-off once per client, per year to comply with specific states' compliance laws.
