Ability for easier/quicker way for employees to log in
Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.
I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.
Solution: Automatically log out an employee after 5 minutes of not actively using their account. Develop a log in screen that automatically pops up AND allow employees to use a 4 digit pin to log in quicker – not a username/email and password. Perhaps this log in screen could have a drop down of the employees’ names and then they have to use their own personal unique 4 digit code to log into their account to use (much like Square).
Why It’s Important: Salon owner knows exactly who is doing what (ie. Who scheduled a client appointment, who closed the cash register, etc).

When one user isn't using the computer it will stay logged in until it times out, there should be a button to allow user to log out quickly so that no other provider can use their log in to use system. This will prevent someone using another providers log in to book appointments or check out under someone elses profile.
