gift card discounts

I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

    We could really use an option to "add a discount" to gift cards like there is for services and products so that the gift card retains its full balance even when purchased for a discounted rate.
