When editing an appointment with a gap between services, the gap is removed when you save the changes. Example: Massage from 10-11 Facial from 11:30-12:30, Pedicure from 12:30-2.

If you change the pedicure to a manicure, the manicure and Facial times are changed to remove the 30 minute gap. You then need to go back and change all of the times to be correct again. (pity the person that didn't write down what they were to start with!)

Usually we have intentional gaps for lunches during spa days, or because there is a conflict and they can't do the services without the gap.

The system should keep appointments as scheduled unless the time is intentinally changed as part of the edit. The system should at least not change times if it will overbook an employee or resource, but it will do that too.
