Provide analytics or data around where users are "dropping off" in booking flow and why they're leaving
Also include percentage of users who visit one page on a site and then immediately leave

This is critical!!! We have found recently that only about 25% of the people that start the online booking process actually complete it. It would be amazing to see where those people abandon the cart, so we can adjust our system!
