Ability for clients to Reschedule their appointments
Clients are forced to cancel an appointment without being able to reschedule. This has become an issue, especially with covid, when people are having to call into move their appointments - spending way too long answering phone calls since getting BLVD. Clients don't want to have to pay another deposit when they already have - having a reschedule button they can manage would eliminate this new task I've recently been given.
Clients can now reschedule their own appointments with the new appointment details page.

Clients call and text every day to find out when appointments are. This would decrease phone calls and text and allow more self control over appointments. Then if combined with ability to reschedule appointments without canceling they would be happier clients.

clients can easily book appts and add to calendar but then cannto go in to edit or even see their appts! PLEAE ADD THIS FEATURE

The confirmation email has a cancel button, but it doesnt have a reschedule button.

Hello - I would like to suggest two issues that I am having a hard time with. First, I require a $100 fee when booking an appointment. This is a deposit and if my patient decides to book another appt, they are asked to put down ANOTHER $100. I need to find a way to disable this as I have had some patients with 2 and 3 hundred dollars in deposits on their accounts. When checking out, I have had to have the patient USE the $100 if they want to go home and book online (so they don't have another deposit) OR if they wish to book right there with me, I roll their $100 deposit into their next appt.
Also- when a patient cancels an appt, they contact me to reschedule - there apparently is no option to cancel and reschedule.

Hello - I am having major issues with my clients/patients (I do medical skincare) who are not able to cancel their appointments and rebook on their own. I am a one person practice and having an app is supposed to save me from having to book my patients and allow them the freedom to do so on their own - any time of day, while I am busy with other patients, etc.
In addition, if they do cancel completely, when they go back into the schedule to book another appointment, they are being asked to give another deposit. I have one patient who has $400 in deposits because each time she has booked, she was asked for $100.
Can you please fix this?
One other minor issue - is it possible to access the chat on the mobile app?

If we are encouraging them to use the online booking service, they should be able to utilize the full benefits of such a service.

clients don't have the option to reschedule only cancel when the confirmation email comes through, it's extra work on the client's end to cancel then do the whole booking process again, it also makes them lose interest in making a new appt because of the extra steps
it would also be helpful for us on the backend to see if the client rescheduled and to which day. all we see is cancellations or it disappears

I have had several request from clients requesting the ability reschedule existing appointments. This was a possibility with our old POS and they're missing it. Any idea if this enhancement could come to life?

I'm wondering if there is a feature whilst a client is booking, where they can reschedule their appointment instead of having to cancel and then going through the process of having to rebook allover again?

Hey Michelle! We don't have a client facing reschedule option currently, but I would recommend adding this as a feature request in the Submit an Idea portal!
