Remove employee access but keeping their past clients on books
Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

client marketing list functionality
Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
Please add : exclude clients already booked.
Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days

blocking certain services per employee
It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

canceling at confirmation
We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way. I saw at least 5 other posts for the same idea so I think if you merge them all you will see there is quite a need for this. This seems like a…

Inventory on hand by selected dates.
Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

granting access to reports by employee not location
we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

Cancellation fee customization improvement
Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

Shorter Appointments having less availability
For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

A place to see Register notes
When we submit a drawer count and add notes to it, the notes do not appear. Where can we find these notes? Would be so helpful

When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.

Ability to add gratuity for non-card payment methods on Duo app
With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.
