  3. When a client leaves a 4-5 star rating, we want to be alerted that the link to leave a review on Yelp, Google or Facebook has been clicked so we can see if that client has left a positive review there.

    Ideally, we would be able to see the preview or be linked to their review on these social sites.

  4. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

  5. Since refunds fail after a charge has been disputed, Blvd needs to include an error message to notify the business in some capacity that the action cannot be completed and to contact their Partner Manager.

  9. Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.

  10. Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.

  11. Front desk team would be able to check clients in faster. Check them out faster as well. The speed of using the website through the ipad is not fast enough and has lots of glitches. We eventually want to get rid of having a desk and have pay stands etc.

  14. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  15. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

  16. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

  18. To eliminate people opening cash drawer with a key. You should be able to specify your printer and when closing shift or taking cash transactions the drawer should automatically pop open.
