Before and After photos in charts
Add another option for the charts where photos can be taken and uploaded to the charts for before and after pictures for each appointment.

Remove "confirm visit" from Duo checkout
Remove the first step of confirming visit from the checkout process. It is unnecessary and confusing almost everyone.

Keep unpaid or past due memberships as Open sales
Keep unpaid or pst due memberships as open transactions under "Sales." The problem with the new system is that we cannot re-run the existing card on file. Or there need to be an option under the new "Membership" tab to re-run the existing card without having to add a new one.

Add Client images
We would appreciate a place to store client ID and before and after photos that show images when we open client account.
2 votesThanks for your feedback! Great news: yesterday we announced the new client profile gallery, which can be used to store any photos you need for a client, and also centralizes the photos from forms, charts, client notes, and appointment notes in one place. Enjoy!

Hello! This is available today within the "Manage Location -> Hardware" settings. If you enable "Prompt Client to 'Confirm Total'" it will populate the corresponding screen in the Duo App during check out. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Method in UserVoice to show or filter ideas that I or my staff have posted (authored)
1) So that I can catch the feedback and potentially train or correct around the issue that they think exists when there isn't one.
2) To make it easier to identify that I'm not posting ideas that I thought of years ago over the course of my tenure with Blvd :)
3) So I can go back and amend or improve my suggestions and ideas with the new iterations of Blvd and operating procedures we utilize.

More Giftcard Beta Report Options.
Right now all I can do with the beta reports is see used or unused giftcards, but I would love the option to do. report for when gift cards are purchased. We do gift card sales around the holidays and it would be helpful to have a report that shows the clients name, when the gift card was purchased and for how much. I know you can access the giftcards from the sales tab, but it isn't clear when the gift card was purchased :)
1 voteYou can do this by using the Columns options in Beta Reports to specify Gift Card Sales and include Sale Date and Client Name, as well as other potentially useful details like Location Name and Staff Name! Please see the attached screenshot for an example.

All photos from appointment notes, client notes, forms and charts are organized in this new section of the client profile. Arranged by date, you'll be able to show a client their progress over time! Past due membership reminders
Clients will get an email / text reminder when their membership payment doesn't go through & their account will get flagged with a tag for past due membership, so it's more noticeable if / when that client books an appointment!

You'll be happy to hear that this week we released a feature that notifies the client when their membership payment doesn't go through, and then guides them through a process to update the card on file. The membership fee is then charged on the spot, and the client's membership is brought up to date. It would be nice if you are in the client profile to have a sales tab that would pull only their sales data instead of opening a new page for the sales tab under the main page

Confirm your Duo app is updated to version 1.285.303 or later and ensure these screens are enabled from within the Settings page of your Hardware tab.

Fix Your Beta Reports
If your reports are still in "beta" for over two years, you should change the name from "beta" to "buggy". Quite often, even the most basic reports take minutes to load and frequently the error message stating "we're in beta" appears. Hard to run a business without consistent reporting functionality.
50 votesHi all - we sincerely apologize that this issue hasn't been updated in quite a long time. We wanted to provide an update on the progress we've made just in the past few months alone.
After undertaking what was quite a large back-end migration, we've managed to decrease beta reporting load times by as much as 85%, meaning that your beta reports data should be just 30-45 minutes old. Additionally, the new platform lends so much more stability than our old infrastructure.
Despite the status of this idea saying "Complete," we want to assure you that we're still working on additional improvements to our infrastructure which will ultimately lead to even better reporting speed. These future improvements are just captured under different ideas and roadmap items within our Idea Portal.
We hope these improvements make your end-of-month reporting easier and quicker as we move into July!

Hey folks! Thank you as always for your feedback. If you do not want your clients to be able to reschedule their own appointments, we released a setting in March that allows you to turn off that functionality.
Head to the Manage Location settings, scroll down to Location Features and uncheck the "enable online rescheduling" box (see attached screen shot). If you want your clients to continue to be able to reschedule their own appointments, you do not need to change any settings.

Report on Forms
The business would like to run a report on who has completed what forms and who still has outstanding forms.
1 voteHey there! Today we released the "Schedule" view from either the front desk or calendar views. The schedule shows a list of any day's appointments, and you can sort by form status to see which forms are still outstanding for any day. You can learn more here. Enjoy!
