Keeping track of Botox units, filler used. Follow-up touch up units.
How many laser treatments they got.

Critical!!
Edit/adjust a chart/form.
For example, had a patient submit patient-profile form yet they missed an important section where they commented "no" but in fact was a yes-- needing to fill out more information.
I now need to archive the form, and make them submit again.
BUT!! When archiving, I can see the new form, but it doesn't show up for them to fill out, using the "check-in" process via app on my iPad.
Now when submitting, it appears as if I (provider) filled out the form instead of the patient.
