We have a large staff and even larger amount of services & there is nothing that alerts you if you double book a resource.. or double book anything for that matter. There really should be some line of protection against this happening

An error occurred while saving the comment Bethany Bush commentedIf a client is scheduling appointments for a family member, it books the client as 'John Smith Guest of Jane Smith" but if John Smith already has a profile, it should book his existing profile instead of making a new one every time Jane Smith books for him. The only way to link profiles together is to have a shared email or phone number. Make an option that they can share accounts with each other without needing to have the same phone number or email on the account.

This is such a needed feature. We are constantly having to reschedule clients because they booked their appointment online and the system is letting them double book a resource.
