Disappointed that this was told in demo that it is an available feature and is not. It has caused a huge amount of time, missed appointments, late appointments, not being able to charge for late cancel and no shows. Due to my team forgetting. Clients are not getting reminders, consents, etc. when being booked due to this being missed.
