We have resources that may need to be used for specific clients for modifications (like breast pillows or support cushions) but we do not want them to be booked for every client who books that service.

Ability to rename the automated campaigns that are not being used for the preset purposes. Or add an option for a customized automated campaign.

I understand trying to reduce spam but that does not help the businesses paying for this service. Currently marketing only allows me to send emails to clients who have had an appointment recently. The completely excludes sending marketing to any person who has not become a client yet, who I have received their contact info via events, social media campaigns, or basically anywhere else where they have asked to receive info from my business. I will be using a different marketing service for the time being but really hope to be able to do it all from boulevard in the future.

Just came to suggest this! Our emails are getting sent at midnight! I don’t see how setting the time zone to UTC makes any sense for most of the US. According to the AI 9 am was chosen because it’s the optimal time for emails to be sent yet under the UTC time zone no one in the US is having their emails sent at the optimal time.
