A WAY TO HAVE IT IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT CLIENTS CAN NOT REPLY MORE THAN A YES OR NO ANSWER AND THAT THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATES TO PLEASE CALL THE SALON DIRECTLY IF THEY ARE LOOKING TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT.
