Instead of having to align it perfectly with the top left time (which is hard to get precise and often doesn't work)
I am struggling with how many steps it takes to book on the mobile app. Not being able to click the time you want on the calendar by just clicking on the empty space in the calendar is troublesome because by the time I get to the part where it asks to select a time I've already forgotten. Here are all the steps to booking someone via the mobile app:
once you see an available date and time CLICK THE PLUS SIGN - APPOINTMENT OR BLOCKED TIME SELECTION - TYPE CLIENT NAME - SELECT THE SERVICE - SELECT THE STYLIST - CLICK ON THE DATE AND TIME - CLICK DATE (which I already forgot due to prior steps) - THEN FINALLY CLICKING ON BOTH THE HOUR - THEN CLICK THE MINUTES - if you have multiple services to book, like I often do, then you also have to CLICK 'ADD SERVICE' ( either before selecting the time) (which I forgot already) - CLICK THE SERVICE - CLICK STYLIST AGAIN - CLICK THE BACK BUTTON - THEN FINALLY ABLE TO CLICK SAVE!!!
THAT IS 14 STEPS. 10 STEPS IF YOU'RE NOT BOOKING 2 SERVICES. That's not including searching the calender 3 days at a time for an empty spot that could be months ahead. Each time scrolling down to see the whole days events. Then trying to align it perfectly with the top left corner but doesn't always work. Which I suppose should be the actual first step.
That is WAY too many clicks to book 1 client to one stylist
I accidentally book people for the wrong time and have to edit it through many steps and the client gets the wrong notification and no new notification for the edited time and date. I really struggle with the mobile booking app. My stylists (renters) won't even use BLVD because the mobile app is so hard to use.
I wrote this as a comment but thought I should post it as an idea.
Please Please Please fix the mobile app. And also try booking on it while you are busy at work or pulled over on the side of the road. :)
