An error occurred while saving the comment Jeremy Shieh supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jeremy Shieh commentedNever thought about this, but if there was a simple report that had the notes, schedule alerts, appointment notes, time stamps, etc at the easy; then businesses could be more responsible and make sure that we are getting to anything that hasn’t been taken care of.
For instance I could add to SOP, once a week check all added notes of the last week and check that clients received whatever was needed. Once a month check everything that may need to be carried. During both of these checks, delete anything that is taken care of. #letsCleanUpOurOwnDatabases :P
