Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.
As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

Otherwise these (sometimes) important notes go unnoticed by management and is often not acted upon.

Never thought about this, but if there was a simple report that had the notes, schedule alerts, appointment notes, time stamps, etc at the easy; then businesses could be more responsible and make sure that we are getting to anything that hasn’t been taken care of.
For instance I could add to SOP, once a week check all added notes of the last week and check that clients received whatever was needed. Once a month check everything that may need to be carried. During both of these checks, delete anything that is taken care of. #letsCleanUpOurOwnDatabases :P
