There also is some issue with restoring profiles if there are multiple uses of the email address of the employee.

Perhaps not automatically, but match it and ask the user whether they would like to delete the waitlist entry for the current booking. I would get worried there are notes or other things on the waitlist that we might want to retain in some cases. Also not certain if there is a way to restore waitlist entries or search deleted ones.

I could see this being useful for clients that are tech illiterate or perhaps would like to create a hard copy. But I think it is advantageous to keep iterations of a client’s bookings to remain dynamic data to prevent inconsistencies in changes made.
