    when a client books online it lets them check out without booking a finish and sends them a confirmation that they have their appointment. I think what would help solve the problem is to not let them check out with out booking a finish. I've just gotten a few complaints because the client has to reschedule and move their appointment further out and then they get more upset having to move it
