There is not a simple way to track the number of botox units a client gets per unit price under services at checkout. (under products you can input quantity but not under service).
Also, would like to have a feature where clients can pre-pay for units in advance ( package / voucher) at discounted price, and have an easy checkout to apply said pre-paid units.
Example: Currently only have it set up to redeem 1 voucher per service; but if a client has 28 pre-paid units of botox, under the checkout tab there is no feature to enable all said pre-paid vouchers without having to go back to the clients profile and redeeming them one by one...also, staff cannot receive credit for service if a voucher is applied and zeros out the service. No staff is selected at purchase of package, only during their visit.
Would like to see a feature created that can input how many units a client gets..and also that would be deducted from an overall total count of pre-paid units currently on their account, while issuing credit to staff.. all in one feature.
When a client goes to check out on the reception app, they see a grand total only and ONE option to tip on the service/ services they had.
In our spa we offer botox and that can add up fast and be a larger total than the facial service they had same day. At checkout in the reception app I would like for the client to have the option on their screen to enter a different tip per service instead of one tip sum.
I am aware I can edit the dollar or percentage tip amounts once the screen refreshes, however; it is awkward to have that conversation at the front desk while others may be around, and it can be confusing to the client.
Ex. Today a client tipped 20% off the total.
The computer broke down 20% to 2 workers as $23 and $48 based off the service pricing,
However the client only wanted to tip a few dollars to the person who automatically assigned the higher tip. and vice versa, wanted to tip more the worker who got lesser tip.
I confirmed with her and it created an awkward situation to chat about in the waiting room at the reception desk.
*Would like to see an option that gives the client the privacy to see that they saw 2 separate workers and can input an amount for each person instead of the grand total of the day. *
