Staff notifications for rescheduled appointments

Staff need to be receive notifications for rescheduled appointments.

    This is also an issue for our staff as well! We need notifications for reschedules and also when an appointment is moved to their name!

    It would be great if staff were alerted when an appointment is rescheduled under the name AND if they can also receive alerts when an appointment has been moved to a different staff member! Currently there is not an alert for these two!!

    Staff NEED to receive notifications for reschedules, just as they do for cancellations.
