Medical Spa Services "Add-On" Commission Reports are a nightmare
As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high). Having to use an outside platform is not only time consuming, but leaves more room for error and having to manually calculate this for all services per provider is absurd. Having this option would also be more accurate for our reporting as it would take into account the CTC value.
