Limit # of times client can reschedule
Limit the number of times a client can reschedule an appointment. For example, if the appointment was first booked in February, it should not be possible for them to rebook into April as we have some seasonal services. I'd like for clients to only be allowed to reschedule an appointment no more than twice. After that, they should have to book a new appointment and place a new deposit.

Limit the amount of times a client can self reschedule. For instance, we've had a client reschedule the same appoinment 6 times in just one month! That is very excessive and wish there was a way to control. May they get a warning stating they have reached the amount of reschedule and must call office to reschedule or something similar to that.

Right now clients can either reschedule or not be able to. There's no option to allow the client to reschedule but limit the number of times they can for a single appointment

There needs to be a limit that clients can reschedule before it lets them know they need to contact us to reschedule again. We have a 1 time rescheduling limit per deposit but clients can still go in before the cancellation cutoff and move their appointments as often as they’d like

My policy states that a deposit is only good for one reschedule, however clients will reschedule their appointments 3/4 times and there is no clear way to keep track. There should be a way to limit the number of reschedules before the only option is to cancel so that they must rebook with a new deposit.

we have a few clients who have become chronic reschedulers, so it would be nice if the system automatically blocked people from rescheduling the same appointment online if they've already moved it twice.
