The problem with existing appointment reminders in Boulevard right now, is that, they come with a "request to confirm", and if clients forget to confirm, business has to call them as we cannot automatically remove them from the schedule. This creates more burden and manual workload for business, unnecessarily.

All I want is to send the "APPOINTMENT REMINDER" alone! however it is not possible with current set up.

Given that clients are already required to provide their credit card information and agree to pay late cancelation and no show fees, it is implicit that they will be held accountable if they fail to cancel within the stipulated time.
