Display assigned provider when selecting "First Available" within online booking

We get so many complaints about this. Many people do want the first available, but they want to SEE who that is. Or they will take anyone but "x". They have to go allllllll the way through the booking process to find out who it is. The worst thing you can do is waste someone's time. They are irritated just by booking when we get them. Please just add the names to the times. A little transparency would be nice. We have used 3 other systems and all first available appointments had the workers name listed, it is odd that it does not.

I love the feature that supplies best times when booking appointments in order to maximize efficiency on the schedule. It would be a nice feature though to have either the names or the icons of available staff members pop up next to those times. This way, if a client has preferences on who they see or don't see, the receptionist doesn't have to go back and forth on the screens/tabs in order to choose the right appointment time. Could also be useful for shops that handle booking by seniority, balance of appointments, or some other metric.

When a client books online for 'first available', there is not identifier of which stylist they are getting. I understand what first available means, however, just because they are looking for the soonest apt doesn't mean they cant know what stylist they are getting. This comes into issue when there are levels or tiers of stylists within one salon, which may carry different pricing, etc. Can we please have a feature where after they select the 'first available' option, they can see who they have been assigned to. It does not even the stylist name in a confirmation email.
