Card on File Messages
When a client is prompted to add a card on file, they are thinking they've already paid online due to the email confirmation they get. We need to clarify that when putting card on file, they are NOT paying for the service yet. We have had countless clients walk out without paying for their service because of this. Thank you.

make the fine print larger and darker when requesting the client to put the card on file. 99% of people who book online end up. calling because they don't read, and think the system is having them prepay or is charging them the wrong price. this would be easier than explaining to them every time someone wants to book online
