  2. If there is a mistake or a membership was not checkout out correctly there should be a way for staff to manually add in sessions and give the reason why they added it in!

  3. If there is an offer code that is used by the customer it should show on the receipt what it was for. Like if there was a "Summer 2021 10% Off All Products" offer code, it should say that on the receipt instead of just "DISCOUNT". The customer has no idea what the discount was for when they see their receipt.

    Even further it should give us the option to show or not show that on the receipt. For example, if a code was used for an escalation or customer complaint, I don't want the customer to see "Escalation" on…

    Improved discounting visibility on receipts

    Emailed and printed receipts just got a glow-up! Now, when an offer or discount is applied to an order, or when a voucher is redeemed for a service, discounts will be applied to the individual line item. This will include the offer name, discount or “Voucher Redemption” percentage, and the impact on the item total.


    Each line item will display a crossed-out version of the item’s original price for clearer communication with your clients. Additionally, we’ve updated the subtotal to show the sum of products and services after discounts, but before taxes, fees, and gratuity.

  5. This is for safety purposes! The option to go into a clients profile and disable their ability to book online and make them call us to protect staff from certain client who have made them feel uncomfortable.

  10. I offer memberships to my clients which include vouchers for a select amount of services. I also offer add-ons for those same services (but not included in the membership). The vouchers are supposed to be good for those specific services but NOT the add-ons. As of right now, when a client books the service with an add-on, the vouchers eliminate the price of the service AND the add-on which isn't what I to have happen as the client is supposed to pay for the price of the add-on.

  20. Major glitch: editing an appt doesn't save the new duration! Our staff is unable to use the app to edit appointments because the duration does not update when adding more services. The only work around is to delete the appointment and make it again. Please fix.
