Hello there! Exciting news! Last week we released our new image markup feature, which allows service providers to mark up diagrams or add photos for markup directly in Boulevard (either on desktop, or via the Professional App). This feature is available for all customers that have Boulevard Forms and Charts! Please check out the support article for more information on how to setup this feature, and enjoy!

Forms Submission Button
When guests fill out the form, the Submit button is in the top right corner, when it should be bottom right to Save and Submit.

Label for MST AZ time in confirmation emails
As an Arizona business in part of the state that doesn't switch at daylight savings time we're in MST part of the year and PST the rest. Currently, confirmation emails show MST when they need to say MST AZ to prevent the current confusion client might have not knowing if the time in the email is correct or an hour off.
1 votethere’s an internal setting (CSR only) that hides time zones in emails and SMSs, we’ve used this with a number of locations in Arizona due to the time zone weirdness

Discount Membership
Ability to run a membership that gives % discount for different services. Local Membership gives 20% off float and 30% off sauna services.

Gift Card Editing for Admin
Need admin access to edit gift card amounts and to mark as "invalid/void" if the gift card amount was used.

Ability to quick edit Account Credits
This used to be a feature, but was removed probably for reporting. We would like to be able to add/subtract from account credits without having to do a checkout which creates a whole mess. Would be nice to quickly reward clients for referrals or take credit if they have a service done/buy a product at an offsite event

resource booking
We desperately need resource booking. Clients are able to book appointments when we physically CANNOT do the services because rooms are already booked!! It's created quite a few unhappy clients.

Nightly Deposits
How do i create a "fixed amount" for the drawer. I should be opening the day with 500.00 but I'm not showing 500.00 for the fixed amount.
Boulevard typically replies in under 5m.

Finishing Time
Our salon would love the ability to include Finishing Time within our services. Ideally this would be a set duration of time, after Processing Time, that the stylist is busy with the client again. Just like with the service Duration, clients would not be able to self-book during Finishing Time.

"universal gift cards" for booking and e-commerce
We believe the most seamless/elegant implementation would be for Boulevard to sell all gift cards (fixed dollar amount and specific service), keep the gift card codes and balances in our database, and then 2-way sync with Shopify
